IM BACK! First week!!

Leaving for Florida in 6 days teehee!! Mentally im excited, physically id rather hide my body lol! In the process of a move but this is my 4th day in a row working out and i made a bet with Chad that i could lose 5 lbs in a week or im paying for dinner. Not a practical bet considering ill put everything back on at dinner lol. I am back up to 127 and i plan at being 122.x by the time we leave tuesday morning. I am in the process of moving which is stressful but fills up my day so i dont have time to eat "much". I feel so much better being back at the gym and plan on continuing my diet when i am down in florida, just to prove to myself and Mr Chad that i can do it. Holidays suck when it comes to food, wont lie i indulged, thank all MPAs Clients who send us wonderful treats. Ill be posting before pictures def this time!

Day 4, Feeling better

This morning got out of bed at 5am, got all my stuff together for my mid term presentation tonight which I am going to go work on now. Got in my car and drove to the Train. I gotta say i feel much better when i wear heels to work, then wear sneakers and change my shoes at work. Gotta say though I just love getting out of my new car, it makes me feel good. this has been an extremly tough week for me. have had no time to do anytthing. Saturday mornign i have promised myself I am going to the gym!! Halloween party on Satuday night woohoo!!! Ill be running around all friday night with shey getting stuff done, making cute cupcakes and Jello Shots. I have ate really well today so far. Lastnight i wasnt that bad either, I had a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner and a mini size heath bar.

Day 3, How about 26 hours in a day??!?!?

WARNING: I AM A DEBBIE DOWNER TODAY, DONT READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HIT WITH A BLOG OF NEGATIVITY!!!!

Lets start with, I NEED MORE TIME IN MY DAY, SO I CAN WORK OUT, not a few sit ups but like legit be sweating my ass off that I'm gasping for air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't do to hot the rest of the day yesterday with eating. I have been trying really hard to eat healthier by writing everything down but its starting to show me what I can and cannot eat, which is actually a good thing.

So from my Diet Journal, it has a section where it tells you how many calories your type of body should consume... the equation is:

Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in Inches) - (4.7 x age in yrs) =

Vivienne kenny can only consume 1,373 Calories a day to have a consistent weight.

Yesterday I consumed about 1800 calories... So basically my fat ass gained weight bc I didnt work out. Time to start back at the gym, the upside I got a new car to get me there :)

Tonight i have class until 10 and i brought a healthy choice soup, its high in sodium, but i thought i would try it. I need to continue drinking lots of water, which i am lacking to do. I just need to workout, now i am frustrated!! And i dont even have any fun pictures to show today, i suck!!! Ok back to work, then homework, then class. GO ME!!!

Day 2, fo' real n I feel Good today!!

Good Morning!!!

So lastnight when I got home, I was in a frustrated mood and decided it was ok to cry. Chad asked me why I was crying, my Response was "My pants dont fit" after I spontaniously just cried for no reason at all I annonced to him I felt better and him and me went grocery shopping and got all the healthy stuff, although Mr McGoo was trying to pawn me off on getting me to eat ice creams and gatorades etc (you know nothing thats good for the belly fat). But when we got home i cook a small bit of steak and we had an amazing Salad for dinner. Although i was a lil pissed i had to use regular Italian Dressing, I ran out of my fat free one, booobb!! Ok I had 2 small glasses of wine, which relaxed me and had a cremsicle, come to find out there is only 80 cals, yes "80" thats nothing!!! So I was pretty happy about that and didnt feel guilty until i finished it and wanted another one haha!! But i didnt!! While we were making dinner lastnight I packed my lunch and snacks for today, for breakfast, i packed Frosted Flakes, "REDUCED SUGAR" BTW tastes the same and a Banana. A ham and cheese sandwich on Multi-grain bread, and a salad!! An apple, chex mix and a oat bar!


All together after tallying it all up it was
Cal: 380
Fat: 12
Sodium: 1240 (Eeek)
Carb: 51
Fib: 3
Protien: 27
Sugar: 13

All in all it was a big lunch that will keep me full, the cals and fat werent bad but wowwssers on the sodium. Thats awful. And it was low sodium ham!! So now i just gotta work on the sodium part... Also i have been tracking everything I eat... Not bad so far for today!!



Going to try and fit in a workout at some point today... Maybe a briskkk walk lol!!

Trial Week Over!!


 
So I truly sucked at the Blog thing this weekend. What Can I say, I was busy!!! But upside is I bought a New Car, '08 Ford Explorer, well new to me anyways Teehee!!! pick it up this afternoon, just want to thank Chad for saving me $2000 and my dad for getting me new Tires!! AHH I cant wait it's sooo pretty!!!


So now I have a reliable car I can go back to the gym in the morning again... WOOHOO!!! So Friday night Chad and me stayed in and we ordered pizza and shared a bottle of wine, (BAD) Saturday morning we got up, had coffee and eggs, and walked from my moms house to the first bar of the Bar Crawl which was about 1 mile. From there we went to about 13 bars, spent wayy to much money, and walked a total of over 3 miles the entire day. We picked at different foods along the way but never had a full meal once. I danced my heart out like usual, so pretty much i stayed constant all the day!! 

Sunday we woke up, had coffee and eggs once again, 3 egg whites and 1 egg yoke, tad bit of salt. Went to the car dealership to "look around" and i purchased my new baby, Chad gets a dog, I get my tonka truck, how does that work lol!! yesterday we all carved pumpkins and i had a stirfry chicken and cheese sub (BAD)

ALL AND ALL I ATE HORRIBLY THIS WEEKEND -- SHOOT ME!!! 
But its ok... Last week was my trail week and today is me truly starting to do right. Got up early, read my Womens Mag on the train, ate my cocoa puffs and pineapple for breaky and these awesome healthy veggie chips for a snack around 10, i love them, they taste awesome!! Although i do have a wierd obsession with Veggie Chips, theres just expensive and i love Andy Capps hot fries which are actually less fat and cals, so i tend to eat them instead...


I have a mid term presentation and a lot of work to get done for Thursday evening. That being said, i need to find a half hr at least each day to do a few butt squeezes and ab crunches!! Also sooo super excited for my Halloween party this weekend, and still have soo much to do, but ill get it done!!!! Need to get these abs looking better then they are now!! Eating a healthy lintel soup for lunch. 285 cal 9 gms fat, 30 carbs and 15 gms protein!! Tracking all my food from now on and i started back taking my daily vitamins, all in all i feel good today besides not working out and burning up a massive sweat, maybe I will later

Day 4, Week 1... TGIF

I really need to start packing a dinner for my Thursday night classes, i ate 4 mini Butterfingers (Really Viv Really...????!!!??) Low blow, not to happy, but i was starving and that's all i had on hand!! Well anyways I didn't get to do my sit ups or anything I wanted to do after class due to the fact I didn't get home until 11:30pm. Missed my Bus for 11:01, so I speed walked home through Quincy Center, that's right basically sprinted, wouldn't you sprint through the Center at that time at night? 1.25 miles from my house, so that was my work out and I was a lil sweaty once I got home. It doesn't help one bit its that time of the month. Its almost over and back to a non sweet craving allll the time!!!!! Oh yahhh!!! I stepped on the scale this morning, 125.6... that's 4 LBS babyy!! Although I don't feel like i have lost that, it will make me feel better when I start completely working out more

Woke up this morning, great intentions of walking to the train, but after only getting like 5 hrs of sleep, i hit the snooze and face down in the bed I went for another hour. Got in my car, realized that it, iv had enough of it and now Its posted on Craigslist, Bye Bye Baby Blue!! (Thats if anyone buys it) If anyone has ever got off at South Station T stop, you know how many stairs there are, well I walk up and down those everyday, never taking the escalator. Which makes me feel good and then I walk to and from work S.Staion to the Childrens Museum, everyday, thats .4 miles each way, thats almost a mile a day just from train to work, Thats not counting the days i walk to the bus. I came in and ate my cocoa puffs and a banana, along with 5 m&ms, yup only 5. For lunch I chose between a Ham & cheese sandwich or a slice of pizza, i got the Sandwich. As long as i have a big lunch I will be set for the day, If i have something that doesn't fill me up I pick at everything, so i dont mind having like a 500-600 cal lunch. Its only Ham Cheese Lettuce and onion!!

So one thing that i have been doing at work for like 10 min a day and I recommend It is my Thigh Toner... WooHoo Bust those thighs out!! It works my butt, tummy and my inner and outer thighs.



So tonight, i finally get to see my lil Roxy again since Tuesday :( .... Supposedly she turned into a lil devil in a week!! Tonight im making Chads and me dinner to celebrate our 2 months, its going to be a healthy dinner, chicken and veggies :) But we will be having some white wine, ill be good. Tonight i prob wont get any exercise in besides bringing the pup for a walk, because I wont be home until 8 after class. Tomorrow morning though were going to moms so Roxy can meet my moms dog Scooby (hes a lil bastard lol) And were going to bring the 2 of them for a walk up the beach. Then the PUB CRAWL... Totally going to break every rule tomorrow. Its ok, its only 1 day. And I'm going to set up my routine this weekend for the real push to start losing this weight. This week was a trail week, just touching the surface of what i need to do. Starting Monday, ill be tracking my calorie intake and working on a routine, walking to the train everyday or working out 3 mornings a week or something... Also want to congratulate my lovely friend Shey Foley for finally joining a gym by herself, she looks great, and shes going to look even hotter in a few months... cant wait!!

Ok thats all for now, hopefully I can get a few sit ups in tonight, maybe do some cleaning so I can get my heart rate up!!

Ok so i feel like uck today, the pants I love are a lil tight, and of course feel guilty lil pleasures last night... Came home after work, Chad picked me up from work went to Roxies and got some lean meat. He cooked me broiled steak, steamed broccolli(YUMMM) and Liptons buffalo chicken rice which i wasnt a fan of so i didnt eat much (so basically no carbs last night for "dinner") With dinner Chad and me had a Shipyard Pumpkin beer and after dinner i had a mini Butterfinger and a Creamsicle (Slap on hand). I couldnt help it... But i did basically accomplish my goals for the night, I did 150 sit ups and did 2 sets of pushups, got lots of my HW done but not enough, thats what my lunch will consist of today HOMEWORK ickky!!

But besides the mini Butterfinger first thing this morning for breakfast, I got to work and they changed my cubicle so it took me 2 hrs to move all my crap and set up my computer, I was sweating. I then ate my cocoa puffs, a banana at like 9, then my chex mix at 10 and had a medium Beef Stew for lunch with only one small bread roll, ok so maybe this morning I wasnt as good as good as i thought. I have class from 7-10:15 tonight. How much I wish I could work out tonight and go to Zumba.

After class tonight I want to do some sit ups and maybe some squats b4 i go to bed, or if im awake ill do an On Demand 10 min workout before bed, just to get something in.

Have a pub crawl on Saturday starting at 10am, oh man, im going to break every rule in the book, besides ill be walking all through quincy for the entire day. Saturday morning ill be up going for a run before I start getting stupid lol!!

Need somehting to brighten my mood, how much i would love to go for a walk but have sooo much work i need to finish for tonights class... Booooob!! Oh well

I hate rain!!

Good afternoon... whats soo dam good about it blahhh!!! Lol i kid i kid!! I feel good today although I am in extreme want to workout mode... Unfortunatly I have sooo much Homework to take care of tonight.

Set Goals for tonight:
1. no candy after din dins
2. 100 sit ups
3. 3 sets of pushups
4. Finish homework in time to watch American Horror Show (Its soo weird im hooked)

I think my goals are duable...

So this morning for breakfast i ate a serving of Cocoa Puffs (real healthy right lol) Any breakfast in the mornign is better then no breakfast at all, so I was satisfied. I got my small ice cinnoman coffee w/ one sugar, no biggy right??!?!? Ugh need to get rid of it!! I ate a small portion of chex mix around 9 that I packed from my house. I ate a kids Cobani Berri Yogurt around 11 and then my Steamed Chicken Pepper Alfredo Healthy choice meal around 12. Now its almost 2 and im starving again. I think a cup of tea and half of my Power Bar might be in my future. Ok well back to work for me!!

Day 1 and failed slightly







had great intentions of waking up at 530 on my day off this morning, lets just say i hit the wrong snooze button teehee... chad brought the pup out to pee and then we fell back to sleep til 8. i made myself a healthy yummie smoothie

1 banana
6 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozon vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk

and baammm deliciousnesss !!!!!!

we got up and brought the puppy to the beach for the first time. she loved it but was totally confused. (Roxy runs on Dunkin haha) I had fun but it wasnt enough exercise for the Viv. when we got back to my appt chad n the pup napped n i scrubbed my house, def sweat a lil so i felt better. for lunch had a small chicken soup (110 cal 5 gm fat and 14 carbs) had a dlicious green apple from my apple picking last week. now im drinking a coffee yes w/ one sugar but w/ skim milk... ill eventually get rid of the sugar!!!

Chad n me are now going to Fairhaven for Roxys shots. poor thing, im not happy for this...

Excited to watch Biggest Fatties tonight n SOA, but chads and my unual dinner would consist of a couple beers n a cremesicle after din dins, so im going to have to pass on the good stuff. im going to do 100 sit ups later, goal 1 for the dayyyy!!!!

Its 9pm and working on my homework watching Biggest Fatty. Pretty happy with my day 1 although its that lovely time of the month and I want everything that consists of salt and sugar.

The pup did great for her first trip to the vet. After the Vet we stopped by Subway (First timer, nevr been before, i know i know!!) I got a foot long grilled chicken, cheese(BAD) peppers, onions and some fat free sweet onion sauce on an italian sub roll. Lets just say it will be my last visit to Subway, I prefer my chicken to be real and not rubber like!! I ate like 3/4 of it, thats 9" and only like 1/2 the chicken. I LOVE BREAD!!

Chad offered me Oreos, I said no but took one, "ONLY 1"... And obv felt guilty!!! His mom had a huge bowl of candy corn, YUMM!! I only ate 6 of them, i did good!!

Came home, and expanded my goal into 150 sit ups Woohoo!!

For dinner I made myself a pizza

White Tortilla - 110 cal, 1 gm fat, 22 cbs, 4 gms fiber
3 tbsp Prego traditional sauce
1/2 cup 3 cheese blend ( I started with 1/4 cup and it seemed like it was too little so i made it 1/2, which was 18 gms fat(BAD) But after making it i realized 1/2 cup was wayy too much and 1/4 would have been fine

I was looking for something sweet for after, and instead of going for the ice cream or the banana bread, I had 2 lil dum dum lolipops from the bank today. Im satisfied!!

Havent started tracking my food yet, Im figuring monday ill start!!

Ok back to my homework, and SOA is soon!!!

The never ending Beginning of the Diet Rd!!!

When I graduated High school in '05 I felt my greatest, weighing 112 lbs. Since then I have fluctuated up and down, reaching my top most weight of 127 in April 2011. At that time I put myself on a strict diet for the summer where I put myself back down to 113 by June ’11 and looked toned and EFFIN AWESOME (wont lie I did)!! My cloths actually didn’t fit me in a good way, I actually had to buy smaller cloths. Well since August ’11, I put on a lot of muscle from lifting and before I met my lovely boyfriend (who I blame for my weight gain on lol) I was 118 and was happy that everything fit me and I was much stronger!! Well since I have met him and eating lots of dinners out and lack of exercise I am at my highest weight of 129.2, and never thought I would ever see almost 130 lbs and absolutely don’t plan on it seeing it. Basically I have put on 11 lbs since i began my new relationship teehee, woops, way to be comfortable lol. Now that Chad and me have a responsibilty on our hands with lil Roxy, and we will be seeing each other less, I plan on trying to weave more exercise into my hectic life!! The one thing I reach for the most is fitting into my cloths. When they start to become tight I start moving. I still have my favorite pair of jeans since 10th grade, that didn’t fit very well 2 weeks ago. So after some inspiration about blogging, I thought Id start my online blog to lose 15 lbs… Easy right?? Not so much lol!! There is no easy way besides eat healthy and less and exercise, that’s it!!! I have 3 milestones

Oct 29th –Halloween Party
Dec xx – Some vaca somewhere (its almost time to get away lol)
Mar 20th – Ireland


I usually do this every year where I gain weight and like everyone go full force in January for the new years resolution, well this year im starting a couple months early.

So along with my 15 lb goal, I have a few more:
-Stop biting my nails (nervous habit)
-Cont drinking 8+ glass of water a day
-No fried food… None, no, no, no…
-At least one exercise a day even if it is walking to the train
-No sugar in my coffee (But I only do take one)
-Grocery shop Sundays right before my week starts
-Start packing my lunches b4 bed
-Beer is the culprote… it needs to go , but cant make promises!
-Cook dinner before going out
-A “Before” picture, ughhh who wants to see that blah!!
-No more Ham Egg & cheese muffins from the store down the street (Mannn they are soo damn good)
-Less processed food

-Keeping a food journal (Which I love doing)

My trouble areas:
My Tonka (Aka my butt) Wont lie I like it but its got HUGE
My legs ( But I have a feeling this will be hard bc there all muscle)
My arms (No upper body strength)
And yes My Abs, gotta love those Love Handles… Whats not to love right!! Ugh!!
