had great intentions of waking up at 530 on my day off this morning, lets just say i hit the wrong snooze button teehee... chad brought the pup out to pee and then we fell back to sleep til 8. i made myself a healthy yummie smoothie
1 banana
6 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozon vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup milk
and baammm deliciousnesss !!!!!!
we got up and brought the puppy to the beach for the first time. she loved it but was totally confused. (Roxy runs on Dunkin haha) I had fun but it wasnt enough exercise for the Viv. when we got back to my appt chad n the pup napped n i scrubbed my house, def sweat a lil so i felt better. for lunch had a small chicken soup (110 cal 5 gm fat and 14 carbs) had a dlicious green apple from my apple picking last week. now im drinking a coffee yes w/ one sugar but w/ skim milk... ill eventually get rid of the sugar!!!
Chad n me are now going to Fairhaven for Roxys shots. poor thing, im not happy for this...
Excited to watch Biggest Fatties tonight n SOA, but chads and my unual dinner would consist of a couple beers n a cremesicle after din dins, so im going to have to pass on the good stuff. im going to do 100 sit ups later, goal 1 for the dayyyy!!!!

Its 9pm and working on my homework watching Biggest Fatty. Pretty happy with my day 1 although its that lovely time of the month and I want everything that consists of salt and sugar.
The pup did great for her first trip to the vet. After the Vet we stopped by Subway (First timer, nevr been before, i know i know!!) I got a foot long grilled chicken, cheese(BAD) peppers, onions and some fat free sweet onion sauce on an italian sub roll. Lets just say it will be my last visit to Subway, I prefer my chicken to be real and not rubber like!! I ate like 3/4 of it, thats 9" and only like 1/2 the chicken. I LOVE BREAD!!
Chad offered me Oreos, I said no but took one, "ONLY 1"... And obv felt guilty!!! His mom had a huge bowl of candy corn, YUMM!! I only ate 6 of them, i did good!!
Came home, and expanded my goal into 150 sit ups Woohoo!!
For dinner I made myself a pizza
White Tortilla - 110 cal, 1 gm fat, 22 cbs, 4 gms fiber
3 tbsp Prego traditional sauce
1/2 cup 3 cheese blend ( I started with 1/4 cup and it seemed like it was too little so i made it 1/2, which was 18 gms fat(BAD) But after making it i realized 1/2 cup was wayy too much and 1/4 would have been fine
I was looking for something sweet for after, and instead of going for the ice cream or the banana bread, I had 2 lil dum dum lolipops from the bank today. Im satisfied!!
Havent started tracking my food yet, Im figuring monday ill start!!
Ok back to my homework, and SOA is soon!!!
