So I truly sucked at the Blog thing this weekend. What Can I say, I was busy!!! But upside is I bought a New Car, '08 Ford Explorer, well new to me anyways Teehee!!! pick it up this afternoon, just want to thank Chad for saving me $2000 and my dad for getting me new Tires!! AHH I cant wait it's sooo pretty!!!
So now I have a reliable car I can go back to the gym in the morning again... WOOHOO!!! So Friday night Chad and me stayed in and we ordered pizza and shared a bottle of wine, (BAD) Saturday morning we got up, had coffee and eggs, and walked from my moms house to the first bar of the Bar Crawl which was about 1 mile. From there we went to about 13 bars, spent wayy to much money, and walked a total of over 3 miles the entire day. We picked at different foods along the way but never had a full meal once. I danced my heart out like usual, so pretty much i stayed constant all the day!!
Sunday we woke up, had coffee and eggs once again, 3 egg whites and 1 egg yoke, tad bit of salt. Went to the car dealership to "look around" and i purchased my new baby, Chad gets a dog, I get my tonka truck, how does that work lol!! yesterday we all carved pumpkins and i had a stirfry chicken and cheese sub (BAD)
ALL AND ALL I ATE HORRIBLY THIS WEEKEND -- SHOOT ME!!!
But its ok... Last week was my trail week and today is me truly starting to do right. Got up early, read my Womens Mag on the train, ate my cocoa puffs and pineapple for breaky and these awesome healthy veggie chips for a snack around 10, i love them, they taste awesome!! Although i do have a wierd obsession with Veggie Chips, theres just expensive and i love Andy Capps hot fries which are actually less fat and cals, so i tend to eat them instead...
I have a mid term presentation and a lot of work to get done for Thursday evening. That being said, i need to find a half hr at least each day to do a few butt squeezes and ab crunches!! Also sooo super excited for my Halloween party this weekend, and still have soo much to do, but ill get it done!!!! Need to get these abs looking better then they are now!! Eating a healthy lintel soup for lunch. 285 cal 9 gms fat, 30 carbs and 15 gms protein!! Tracking all my food from now on and i started back taking my daily vitamins, all in all i feel good today besides not working out and burning up a massive sweat, maybe I will later
