Day 3, How about 26 hours in a day??!?!?

WARNING: I AM A DEBBIE DOWNER TODAY, DONT READ IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HIT WITH A BLOG OF NEGATIVITY!!!!

Lets start with, I NEED MORE TIME IN MY DAY, SO I CAN WORK OUT, not a few sit ups but like legit be sweating my ass off that I'm gasping for air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't do to hot the rest of the day yesterday with eating. I have been trying really hard to eat healthier by writing everything down but its starting to show me what I can and cannot eat, which is actually a good thing.

So from my Diet Journal, it has a section where it tells you how many calories your type of body should consume... the equation is:

Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in Inches) - (4.7 x age in yrs) =

Vivienne kenny can only consume 1,373 Calories a day to have a consistent weight.

Yesterday I consumed about 1800 calories... So basically my fat ass gained weight bc I didnt work out. Time to start back at the gym, the upside I got a new car to get me there :)

Tonight i have class until 10 and i brought a healthy choice soup, its high in sodium, but i thought i would try it. I need to continue drinking lots of water, which i am lacking to do. I just need to workout, now i am frustrated!! And i dont even have any fun pictures to show today, i suck!!! Ok back to work, then homework, then class. GO ME!!!
